Full Stack Team Lead

freesbe’s R&D team is building a brand new innovative platform in the Israeli car industry.

We are looking for a Full Stack team lead who can drive the technology effort while building a strong team of developers and testers.

What you’ll do

• Take complete technical ownership of your team’s products.
• Lead an agile development process with end-to-end responsibility over the team’s execution and the product’s life-cycle.
• Collaborate and manage the work of external developers as part of your team.
• Work closely with the product team and take part in roadmap planning.
• Be a hands-on developer in your team - designing, coding, and delivering features to production.
• Lead the team’s atmosphere and culture.

Who you are:

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in team management roles.
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development roles, working specifically with Node.js and React.
• You are have experience with Postgres DB and CMS (Strappi) - Nice to have
• You are independent, responsible, with high work moral standards and great communication skills. 
• Familiar with current technologies
