Finance Project Manager

job description:

1. Managing complex transactions to finance projects in Israel and abroad
2. Negotiations with leading financiers, banks, institutions and foundations
3. Management and supervision of implementation processes of transactions and financing agreements
4. Development and analysis of economic models and business plans
5. Managing ongoing contact with financing parties and economic and legal advisors
6. Close cooperation with the CFO of the group, the economic department, the accounting department and more

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance/law - required

2. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in project finance - required

3. Management experience - required

10. High level of English

11. Availability for a full-time position with a willingness to work hard

12. Work in the company's offices in the central region
