About Us

Role Description

This is a full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role at Sympera AI. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Fine tune large language models (LLMs) and embedding models.
• Create an agentic system and LLM based flows with best practice and RAG like systems.
• Improve and create SOTA data processing pipeline using ML\DL tools while keeping in mind scaling for enterprises.

This role is Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• +5 years experience in NLP, ML, DL models and tools 
• At least 2 years of experience in hands-on GenAI projects (preferably LLM) - This includes experience in building/fine-tuning mission-specific generative models, with emphasis on algorithmic design and large-scale deployment
• Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end research POCs, from conceptualization to solutions, including designing, executing, analyzing, and concluding research methodologies and outcomes
• High proficiency in python and at least good familiarity with SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities and excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with open-source generative libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, Pydantic AI, etc.)
• Experience working with different data bases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j,...)
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and services for data processing
