Project manager for a global SaaS company developing media/ streaming software products.

We're seeking an experienced project manager for a global SaaS company who excels at managing projects from inception to completion, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is eager to make a significant impact.

In this role, you will be a critical contributor, responsible for creating detailed project plans, setting clear objectives, and coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment and progress.

You’ll drive high-impact projects, lead strategic initiatives, and help shape the future success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables, in collaboration with senior program managers to ensure strategy alignment.

Oversee project execution and monitoring by tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining adherence to schedules.

Provide regular updates on project status and swiftly address any risks or issues.

Uphold high standards across all project activities, championing continuous improvement.

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent and effective communication.

Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all information is current and accessible.

Manage the project closure process, including final documentation, evaluations, and the seamless handover of deliverables, while leveraging lessons learned for future success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Approximately 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in a high-tech or software development industry, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects.

Experience is working with global clients- a must!

Experience in Media/ Video/ Streaming- an advantage.

Strong leadership skills in developing and executing project plans, defining objectives and timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams.

High proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for managing relationships, negotiating expectations, and influencing stakeholders.

Expertise in risk management, contingency planning, and quality assurance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strategic mindset for continuous improvement, focused on optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus under pressure.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana.
