Senior System Engineer

A software development company in Tel Aviv with a unique AI defense product is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior System Engineer.

In this role, you will be a key player in their multidisciplinary R&D team, serving as the technical lead for system design and considerations for both new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Define hardware, firmware, and software requirements, collaborating with design teams for implementation and testing teams for verification.
• Analyze and propose architectural alternatives.
• Understand and assess customer needs and market trends.
• Support field trials, conduct customer surveys, provide technical assistance, and assist in production processes.
  
  

• 4-5 years of experience as a System Engineer in a multidisciplinary product with a strong software background.
• Significant experience with camera technologies and image processing.
• Proven experience in system design from concept to finished product.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of networking and communication.
• Ability to design in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractors in construction, planning, and development.
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Optics Electronics—multidisciplinary engineering.
  
  

• Background in maritime technology.
• Experience with serial production.
