Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Team Lead - Data Delivery to oversee the operational management of tasks and ensure seamless delivery of our products to clients. This role involves managing three teams through their team leads, breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional multitasking skills, and has strong expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). 

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Team Management: Oversee and guide three team leads, ensuring alignment and productivity across all teams.
• Decision-Making: Make timely, informed decisions to maintain progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Task Decomposition: Break down high-level tasks into actionable subtasks, ensuring clarity and precision in execution
• Approval Processes: Review and approve plans, documents, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• GIS Expertise: Proven experience working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is mandatory.
• Experience: 3+ years managing teams or team leads, preferably in a technical or operational environment.
• Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shift seamlessly between tasks.
• Pressure Management: Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure without losing focus or composure.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
