Description:

• Lead the monthly closing processes including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and Company’s KPIs, ensuring completeness and accuracy of GL accounts, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Meet audit and tax compliance requirements, overseeing the preparation of the Company’s financial statements and tax filings, while maintaining ongoing collaboration with external accountants.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, identifying trends and advising on corrective actions.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, addressing any findings or recommendations promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Proven track record of managing financial operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NetSuite.
