About the role:

• Formulating and executing the organization’s data strategy while leveraging and governing data
• Managing a diverse team of roles and levels within the data department (Data Scientists, Product Managers, Operations Center)
• Responsibility for building and managing the organization’s data monetization process
• Promoting and developing data as a key factor in improving decision-making, including supporting activities such as customer targeting, AI-based predictions, implementation of new tools, models, and more
• Developing predictive models for customer needs and leading data-driven campaigns
• Collaborating with senior management, business stakeholders, and potential internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/education
• Experience in a similar role within organizations with data-driven business and marketing activities
• Experience in leading cross-organizational, information-based projects.
• Understanding of the finance and payment world as well as B2C marketing processes.
• Managerial experience and working with senior-level executives.
