Senior BI System Analyst

TCM Technologies LTD, is a Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience in the fields of communication, technology, and information systems.

We are hiring experienced Senior BI System Analyst for a big Medical Organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define requirements in collaboration with business representatives within the organization.
• Design BI models to address business needs and draft detailed specifications.
• Manage development processes with various BI development teams.
• Establish investigative universes in Business Objects.
• Conduct acceptance testing for development outputs.
• Plan and build BI universes from source systems and define ETL processes for a centralized DWH.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in systems analysis (development background is an advantage).
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL.
• Experience with Front-End tools (advantage for Business Objects).
• Knowledge and experience in designing Microsoft OLAP cubes.
• Familiarity with BI processes and systems.
• Experience with data models related to payroll and human resources.
