Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Bookkeeper at English Coach.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling financial statements, handling supplier and customer invoices,

data entry into the bookkeeping system, bank and credit card reconciliations, generating monthly and ongoing reports, Profit and loss checks, Providing phone support for financial matters.

collaborating with internal company departments and external suppliers.

Bookkeeping tasks, accounting software management, finance-related activities, and journal entries for accounting purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Accounting Software
• Knowledge of Finance and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Finance or Accounting
