What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales and E-Commerce Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow professionally. If you have a knack for connecting with people, love technology, and are excited about learning new tools and processes, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Shopify website, including promotions, order fulfillment, data analysis, and all aspects of e-commerce operations.
• Monitor website performance and implement strategies to improve user experience and sales.
• Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Oversee affiliate performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnerships.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Support the sales team in managing orders, processing requests, and following up with leads.
• Learn and utilize tools like Shopify to manage and enhance customer interactions (experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and improve customer experiences.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Native English speaker or highly proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new software.
• Self-starter with excellent independent learning skills.
• A genuine interest in sales and customer service, with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage.
