CRM Systems Analyst

Job Description

• Project Management: Lead information systems projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze stakeholder requirements, investigate existing systems, understand business needs, and identify gaps and new requirements.
• Specification Documentation: Prepare complex specification documents, addressing functional aspects, system integration, and creating ERD diagrams.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with relevant project stakeholders, professionally guide teams, communicate directly with development teams, and oversee the testing process.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in writing high-level and detailed design documents for Dynamics 365.
• Systems Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing systems in large organizations with complex processes.
