We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outbound Product Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in product management, pre-sales, or sales engineering who are eager to drive the go-to-market strategy, manage product launches, and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align product offerings with market needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging and launch strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, targeted partners, and OEM opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to understand customer requirements, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver training materials, product documentation, and sales tools to help sales and pre-sales teams effectively communicate product value.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to create compelling campaigns, product collateral, and content that drive awareness and demand.
- Product Launches: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and feature launches, with on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and share industry insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, pre-sales, or sales engineering, with a proven track record of supporting product launches and driving market adoption.
- Strong understanding of the biometrics industry and its applications (or the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new domains).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with experience engaging clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical details and data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
