R&D Team Leader

We’re seeking an experienced R&D Team Leader to join our top-tier technology team. In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation and guide the development of scalable, high-quality products. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the evolution of our platform and delivering impactful solutions for our clients.

• Lead and mentor the R&D team in developing new features and enhancing the platform.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, scalable architecture, and robust development processes by implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and AI to align efforts with company objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges alongside the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, fostering innovation within the team.
• Support team members in their professional growth, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Full-Stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and SQL.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation: Passion for AI technology and building scalable, impactful products.
• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantage).
