IT Infrastructure Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Infrastructure Team Manager to lead and manage our computing and communication infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled leader with strong technical expertise to drive the ongoing operations of our network and ensure seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of computing and communication infrastructure.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization's network.
• Manage budget planning and set IT policies.
• Supervise system engineers and information security implementers.

Requirements:

• Experience with 500+ workstations and remote branches – a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an IT team – required.
• Full technical proficiency – a must.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, including: OFFICE (installation and troubleshooting), Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Networking, Active Directory, Unix, Oracle Database, and familiarity with operating systems (2019/2022, WIN10/11, installation and troubleshooting).
• Strong knowledge of EXCHANGE – a must.
• Familiarity with NETAPP systems – a must.
• Experience with VMWARE and VMware VDI – a must.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – required.
• A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems – an advantage.
• Knowledge of ARUBA – an advantage.
• Relevant certifications for Linux (RHCE, LPIC), Unix, etc. – an advantage.
• Excellent service orientation, communication skills, team leadership, and precision.
