Golan Industries, part of the Military Aircraft Division, is seeking a Manager for the position of Head of Golan Industries.

What will you do:

• Managing a business unit within the UAV Division, located near the "Bnei Yehuda" in the Golan Heights.
• Overseeing a unit specializing in the development, production, marketing, and sales of energy-absorbing seats for helicopters and airplanes, catering to both civil and military aviation markets.
• Leading "Golan Industries" as a P&L entity to meet its business and operational goals.
• Serving as a Department Head and a member of the Division's management team.
• Reporting to the Division Manager.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory requirements -

• Israeli citizenship.
• Academic degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business-focused role with a financial scope of at least $10M.
• Experience in marketing and selling engineered/technological products in international markets and to large companies.
• Proven experience in negotiations.
• Strong proficiency in English.
