Product Designer

Grip Security is looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our design team. As a Product Designer at Grip, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact on our product’s success.

Your primary responsibility will be to design user flows, wireframes, and graphics that bring new ideas and features to life. Additionally, you will be involved in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.  The Job

• Lead a full product design cycle from UX research and usability testing to creating a pixel-perfect UI and providing final handoff to development.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to design and deliver exceptional products with high-quality implementation and user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into the design process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience with B2B complex systems and SaaS products.
• Extensive experience in product design processes and best practices, that include UX research, UI design, and product design development.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, simplicity, and usability.
• A Passion for creative problem-solving with a “can do” positive attitude.
• Experience with user research and user testing.
