Project Manager

✅Management of PPP projects (which combine planning, construction, operation and financing of large and complex infrastructure projects) during the project initiation stages, with an emphasis on managing the proposal preparation process in the tender process, submission and financial closing.

✅Management, implementation and support of business development processes or substantial commercial processes in active PPP projects

✅Management and leadership of complex economic and legal processes, such as M&A processes, administrative petitions and more.

✅Management of external consultants in a variety of disciplines (financial, legal, operational, engineering, insurance, etc.).

✅Manage negotiations and lead engagements with subcontractors.

✅Manage pricing processes in operational and financial areas.

✅Manage the relationship with the client and/or the tender committee.

✅Work with senior managers and senior stakeholders, including material subcontractors, partners, etc.

Requirements:

✅Relevant bachelor's degree - economics, business administration, law, accounting, industrial engineering and management - mandatory.

✅Work experience with an affinity for PPP / BOT projects or infrastructure projects - a significant advantage.

✅Experience in pricing or planning of operational services - an advantage.

✅Experience in business development / tenders - an advantage.

✅Knowledge of financing, involvement in complex transactions - an advantage.

✅Experience in projects with the government - an advantage.
