About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will support our finance department by providing insightful financial analysis, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their financial needs and provide support.
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
