At the AI Nurture team, we leverage cutting-edge AI to transform the apartment renting experience, creating seamless connections between renters and property managers. As a GenAI engineer on the Data Science team, you will be instrumental in shaping our core product by optimizing LLM prompts, designing conversation engine architecture, and implementing RAG technologies for accurate data retrieval. Your responsibilities will include prompt engineering, evaluating LLM responses, improving outputs through data-driven decisions, and integrating new models and technologies to enhance user experiences. Collaborating closely with the Engineering team, you will drive the success of our product using the best technologies in the industry.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Be the main contributor to refining and enhancing our conversational AI engine which is a core product offering serving millions of rental conversations
• Build, optimize, and fine-tune generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs), for innovative applications such as text generation, summarization, question answering, and visual data processing. Apply NLP techniques to analyze unstructured data, uncover insights, evaluate responses, and enable capabilities like sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text classification.
• End-to-End Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to address key challenges in apartment leasing. This includes everything from exploratory data analysis to production deployment.
• Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure the high performance, reliability, and scalability of GenAI solutions in production environments. In addition, continuously explore and implement emerging GenAI technologies to drive innovation and enhance product capabilities.
• Invest in developing and enhancing infrastructure for GenAI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, seamless workflow between different components in the code and the LLM applications and other tools to streamline development and deployment.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, align objectives, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions that address real-world challenges.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning impactful AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model building.
• A GenAI enthusiast with deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including systematic evaluation of enterprise AI solutions.
• Analytical mindset: adept at statistical analysis, data exploration, and critically evaluating models.
• Experience with building RAG systems and conversational chatbots.
• Project management: ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, balancing short-term and long-term goals to deliver high-impact results.
• Proactive, curious, and continuously learning about the evolving AI landscape, with creative thinking, a bias for action, and hands-on experimentation.
  
  

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with Node.js and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment and MLOps practices and tools.
