We are a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv seeking a skilled and motivated Software QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing on CRM systems.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Analyze system requirements and provide feedback.
- Work closely with technical support teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Document testing procedures and results.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in CRM software testing.
- Experience working with Dynamics CRM is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
