Quality Assurance Specialist

We are a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv seeking a skilled and motivated Software QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on CRM systems.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Analyze system requirements and provide feedback.
• Work closely with technical support teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Document testing procedures and results.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in CRM software testing.
• Experience working with Dynamics CRM is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
