We are a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv seeking a skilled and motivated Software QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing on CRM systems.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
Analyze system requirements and provide feedback.
Work closely with technical support teams to troubleshoot issues.
Document testing procedures and results.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience in CRM software testing.
Experience working with Dynamics CRM is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
