Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Programming Instructor to join our team at Future Code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality programming courses to students of various age groups and skill levels. You will play a crucial role in guiding students through their learning journey, from mastering coding fundamentals to preparing for advanced certifications and exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective programming lessons in-person or online.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of different audiences, including beginners, high school students, and certification candidates.
• Teach programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and more (depending on course requirements).
• Provide personalized support to students, answering questions and offering guidance on assignments and projects.
• Prepare students for final projects, ministerial exams, and accredited certifications.
• Evaluate student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest programming trends, tools, and technologies to enhance teaching quality.
• Collaborate with the Future Code team to improve course content and delivery methods.
