Sakhnin Academic College is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Manager for its International Relations Unit. The role requires exceptional skills and a strong background in international collaboration, academic development, and multicultural engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Language Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency in foreign languages, particularly native-level English.
• Proficiency in Hebrew is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

1. Academic Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in relevant fields such as education, international relations, or related disciplines.

1. International and Multicultural Knowledge:

• Comprehensive understanding of various educational systems, international cultures, and customs.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and handle multicultural challenges.

1. Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse audiences, including students, faculty, and international partners.

1. Managerial Capabilities:

• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to set and monitor organizational goals.

1. Organizational and Planning Abilities:

• Skilled in planning and organizing international events, exchange programs, and diverse projects.

1. In-depth Knowledge of International Academia:

• Familiarity with global academic and research environments, including research funding bodies, institutions, and EU academic and research programs.

1. Experience in International Work:

• Previous experience in international relations, academic exchanges, or similar roles (preferred).

1. Technological Proficiency:

• High-level expertise in utilizing digital tools and technology for communication, project management, and marketing.

Role Overview:

The Manager will lead and advance the college's international initiatives, including academic collaborations, student and faculty exchanges, international conferences, and research partnerships. The position requires strategic vision, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with global academic institutions.
