We seek a skilled Team Lead for our R&D team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS (ElasticBeanstalk, S3, SQS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, EKS), and MongoDB.
Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance in relevant technologies.
- Ensure code quality and best practices.
- Drive innovation and adopt new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in Full stack development
Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles are a plus.
