Full Stack Team Lead

WSC Sports, the pioneer in AI-powered sports content technology, empowers their clients world-wide to connect with their fans through AI-tailored sports content experiences. WSC Sports’ platform automates the creation, management and distribution of content, enabling sports rights holders to expand reach, grow fan bases, and unlock revenue opportunities across digital platforms.

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will take charge of developing the core system that empowers our clients to seamlessly publish their highlights across fan-facing platforms, including major social media channels and content delivery networks. Your team will also develop a highly scalable platform that enables clients to effectively manage the complete lifecycle of their digital assets within our Asset Management solution.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who excels at driving results, fostering strong team collaboration, and tackling complex scalability challenges in a high-performance cloud environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the evolution of our core technologies while architecting and implementing new strategic initiatives
• Own the interfacing and integrations with major social media platforms, content delivery networks, and digital asset management systems
• Design and lead the implementation of scalable solutions for importing, managing, and publishing digital media assets
• Actively mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career growth
• Collaborate with product management to define and execute technical roadmaps
  
  

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading software development teams
• At least 4 years of hands on software development experience
• Strong full stack development background, specifically C# and React.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in the cloud. Leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub solutions, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, etc.
• Excellence in system architecture and API design
• Bias for action - you're known for moving quickly from idea to implementation. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university
• Experience in sports technology or digital media industry - Advantage
