QA Team Leader-1193

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to oversee the quality assurance of both hardware and software systems within Telefire’s complex product landscape.

This role requires deep expertise across hardware and software domains, with the QA team leader expected to ensure robust testing processes and high product quality for systems including control panels, embedded systems, data communication interfaces, and software applications.

The role involves both manual and automation QA, supporting high-stakes, real-world implementations and ensuring Telefire products meet rigorous reliability and compliance standards. The QA team leader will be involved in Agile/Scrum-based projects and will prioritize automation for increased efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA testers, fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and quality.
• Set and monitor team objectives, focusing on high-quality output, and lead team growth through skill development initiatives.
• Prioritize automation testing alongside manual testing to optimize QA cycles and enhance productivity.
• Own and coordinate all activities for system version releases and ensure readiness for

deployment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in a QA role for multidisciplinary products with 3+ years as a QA Team Leader - required.
• Extensive experience testing hardware systems integrated with software, ideally in control systems, IoT, or related fields - required.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related field – advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in testing servers, databases, and large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, along with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) - advantage.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership abilities to inspire and elevate team performance.
