Role Overview

Students across Germany are using a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) to enroll at Masterschool free of charge. We aim to develop a best-in-class consultant and enrollment process to make it easier for students to join using a Bildungsgutschein.

We are looking for an experienced career consultant or sales professional to guide students through the enrollment process, manage the pipeline, and deliver an outstanding consultant experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a career consultant in the education or vocational training sector and will have supported students through the Bildungsgutschein process. We’re looking for individuals who excel at sales, are proactive, and are ready to help thousands of students from Germany enroll in our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany candidates in the process of obtaining the educational voucher.
• Enrollment: Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.
• Consultant: Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making.
• Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion. Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process and work cross-functionally to improve results.
• Operate at all levels—staying connected to the details—and be willing to tackle any task, big or small, to deliver results.
  
  

• Average Total Earnings (Base + Commissions): 300,000 NIS per year (commissions are uncapped)
• Base salary - 8,000NIS / Month

• Experienced career consultant: Proven success in enrolling Germany-based students in a Bildungsgutschein education or vocational training programs.
• World-Class Executor: Experienced in guiding students through the Bildungsgutschein process with precision and care.
• Mission-Oriented: Passionate about using education to improve lives.
• High-Energy, Low-Ego: Driven, adaptable, and open to feedback, you work fast and aim to improve daily.
• Proficient in English or native-level German with strong English skills. Written and spoken German is a plus.
