We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Designer to create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our websites. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, and front-end developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and take charge of the entire website creation process, ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with client needs and brand identity, from initial concept to final launch.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented and optimized for performance across different browsers and devices.
• Design visual assets and create brand identity elements, including company swag and promotional materials, to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  
  

• 3+ years of Professional Design experience in web design and in depth understanding of responsive design, including mobile devices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (experience with After Effects and Lottie files is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for typography, color, and imagery.
• Up to date with the latest UX/UI design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Creative, proactive, and a strong team player with the ability to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas.
• Self-motivated and excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
