Building Unit Manager

We are looking for a skilled Building Unit Manager to oversee and manage various construction and maintenance projects within our portfolio. The role will involve handling all aspects of building projects, from the completion of construction to final delivery and ongoing upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all work on properties from the completion of construction through handover to the company.
• Handle all interior adjustments and upgrades for office spaces.
• Pricing and overseeing tenant modification works.
• Upgrade existing buildings (post-construction), including new facades, lobby renovations, restroom upgrades, etc.
• Oversee the renovation of commercial centers.
• Perform building repairs, mainly focusing on waterproofing (experience in waterproofing is a must).
• Project monitoring, including Gantt chart creation, budgeting, and budget control (advanced Excel skills required).
• Collaborate with existing and new contractors.
• Quality control and quantity verification.
• Work closely with project managers and external consultants.
• Participate in tender committees.
• Manage post-construction processes and work with engineering departments/contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience as a project manager with hands-on fieldwork.
• Expertise in waterproofing (essential).
• Proficiency in Excel and budget management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Valid driver’s license.
