Our Law Firm specializes in commercial and corporate law, especially in the High-Tech industry.

Role Description

• We are hiring an attorney who has at least 5 years of experience in drafting commercial contracts both in Hebrew and English (additional languages are an advantage), as well as legal experience in handling equity financing rounds, M&A transactions, IP protection issues and managing employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience practicing as an attorney.
• Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, especially in the high-Tech industry, such as licensing agreements (including SaaS agreements), services agreements, different types of technology agreements, supply agreements etc.
• Having knowledge in applicable Corporate Law.
• A proven understanding of general commercial contracting, privacy and data protection principles and intellectual property law.
• Drafting, negotiating and managing private equity financing rounds, as well as conducting due diligence process for the clients.
• Previous work at a large law firm or corporate legal department is a plus.
• English - mother tongue level.
• Good personnel interactions and responsiveness to clients.
