Data Infrastructure Team Manager for a leading financial company!

We are looking for a talented and experienced manager to lead the Data Infrastructure team.

The role requires management skills but at the same time requires in-depth technological knowledge and understanding, including dealing with complex cross-technology systems.

Leading a team of 5-10 experienced and independent professionals.

• Project Management - Implementation of work methodologies, task distribution, schedules and contact with Data consumers in the company

• Architecture - Accompanying developers and Data Engineers, planning, controlling and promoting Data strategy

• Working in a cloud environment (Azure/GCP), mainly with Microsoft technologies and Big Data tools (Databricks)

• Investigating new technologies and innovative products in the Data world

Requirements

• About two years of management experience as a team leader.

• In-depth familiarity with ETL processes and Data architecture - mandatory

• In-depth familiarity with Microsoft relational technologies: SQL Server, SSIS processes, Tabular - mandatory

• In-depth familiarity with Big Data technologies: Databricks, Azure Datafactory, Data Lake - mandatory

• Experience with reporting tools: PowerBI and SAP BO - an advantage

• Familiarity with Google Cloud - Big Query, Google Auto ML - an advantage

• Ability to work independently in a multi-task and project environment.
