Business Development Team Leader- Deloitte Catalyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Deloitte Catalyst team. This role involves leading a team of 6 professionals and spearheading business development efforts within the Israeli Tech Ecosystem. The Team Leader will work closely with founders, startups, VCs, and various Deloitte partners and service lines to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 professionals, fostering a collaborative
• and high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and support.

Business Development:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities within the Israeli Tech Ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, startups, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and collaborators to drive business growth.

Tech Ecosystem Engagement:

• Leverage existing knowledge and connectivity within the tech ecosystem to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
• Represent Deloitte Catalyst at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships.

Collaboration with Deloitte Partners and Service Lines:

• Work closely with various Deloitte partners and service lines to ensure seamless integration and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and leverage Deloitte's diverse service offerings to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, management, or a related role within the tech ecosystem.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Israeli Tech Ecosystem and its key players.
• Established network of contacts within the tech community, including founders, startups, venture capitalists, and other stakeholders.
