What You’ll Do:

• Own new and existing features, from concept to production-ready code
• Collaborate closely with product, full-stack, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Lead and mentor junior developers, expanding the team’s technical skillset
• Drive core product capabilities aligned with our strategic goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with modern programming languages
• Experience developing large, scalable, distributed systems using Microservice architecture
• Expertise in high-performance, reentrant, and efficient code
• Strong proficiency with source control and CI tools
• Computer Science degree (or equivalent) from a leading university or technological intelligence units

Must Have:

• Java (Spring) proficiency
• Experience with Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
