This is a full-time on-site role for a Rural Guesthouse Manager-9305 at HR Search Recruitment in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the guesthouse, managing staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality services, and maintaining the property.

• Experience in hospitality management, guest relations, and property maintenance
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Experience with online booking platforms and reservation systems
• Certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
