We are now seeking a motivated Field Engineer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of robotics in logistics.

Role Overview

This full-time Field Engineer role is dedicated to drone field operations, with possible shifts during nights and weekends also. You'll work directly with advanced drone technology, and robotics, tackling real-world technical challenges in dynamic field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing algorithms for robotics and perception tasks
• Work closely with our engineering team to improve drone software and hardware
• Field Operations (including possible shifts on Friday Morning, Saturday Night and other midweek nights)
• Operate and fly autonomous drones during warehouse operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Collect and analyze flight data to optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth field deployments

Qualifications

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with robotics concepts, drone systems, or computer vision
• Ability to work effectively in both a research-focused and field-based environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to a growing startup

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Python/C++ for robotic applications
• Exposure to perception algorithms, sensor fusion, or machine learning
• Prior drone operation or UAV experience
