We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role combines logistics coordination with purchasing management, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services essential to our operations, especially in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a blend of supply chain, vendor management, and regulatory knowledge, with a passion for improving processes and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for procuring quality materials and services cost-effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and align procurement with customer demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on order status.
• Support accurate record maintenance of inventory, shipments, and transactions using our inventory management system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing logistics, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and purchasing activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics and purchasing processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  
  

• Bachelor degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain roles
• Strong organizational , interpersonal skills, and communication in Hebrew and English- must.
• Basic understanding of logistics and procurement principles and practices; prior experience in ERP operations and medical device industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations) - advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
