R&D Team Leader

We are looking for a Java Team Leader to take part in a great opportunity to build and design the next generation of Awager platform.

As A team leader, you will play a key role in technical excellence, mentorship, and collaboration within our engineering teams.

• Collaborate with the Product owner and Scrum master to plan sprints and prioritize backlog items
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and meet the desired quality standards.
  
  

• Lead the design, development and deployment of microservices architecture using spring boot and Angular
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and adoption of best practices
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
  
  

• Build development progress plans for developers
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve development process, architecture and technologies used.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of development in Java
• 2 years of experience as a team leader
• Experience with working with micro-services projects
• Experience with working with Spring Boot platform
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Plus – Experience with reactive programming
• Plus – Experience with Event driven systems.
