What You'll Do:

As an Analytics & Data Engineer at Reeco, you will play a key role in harnessing data to drive informed decisions and strategic insights across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Data Pipeline & Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow from various sources into our data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Data Modelling & Analysis: Develop and refine data models, ensuring they meet business requirements and support analysis. Collaborate with various teams to translate their data needs into effective solutions.
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across Product, Finance, Customer Operations, and other departments.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements, ensuring that analytics solutions align with business goals.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement and enforce data quality checks, validation processes, and governance best practices to maintain data integrity.
• Strategic Initiatives: Identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, or forecasting models to enhance business outcomes and guide strategic decisions.
  
  

• You bring 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role within SaaS or tech environments. Experience in startups or the hospitality sector is a plus.
  
  

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools and platforms such as Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and cloud-based data warehousing.
• Experience with Excel and BI tools for in-depth data analysis.
