Communications & PR Specialist

Job Description

This new role will be part of the broader Comms & Public Policy team at Wolt Israel, which manages the company’s public affairs. The team focuses on Wolt’s communications, policy, and community efforts in Israel. As our company grows, so does our sphere of work and our team! We’re seeking a Communications & PR Specialist to join Wolt Israel’s comms efforts and help us step up on various fronts.

What you'll be doing

• Discover every great opportunity for good PR for Wolt.
• Create excellent written materials (e.g., press releases, blog posts, Q&A’s, social media posts, and more) for internal and external use.
• Support external comms efforts, creating and preparing media plans and events, and briefing journalists.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, content creators, and other Israeli media stakeholders.
• Monitor Israeli and international media in relevant fields.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in communications and PR at an agency, company, or media outlet.
• An excellent network in the Israeli media landscape
• Strong creative eye and stellar writing skills with the ability to aim at various audiences.
• Strategic thinker & precise executor.
• High level of independent thinking and action.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
