Delivery Operations Manager

As a Delivery Operations Manager at Ryde, you will be the critical link between both technical & commercial teams during the launch of new services. The delivery operation manager is responsible for tailoring and configuring Ryde’s platform to the needs of our corporate customers. You will be collaborating with our product division, R&D, control center and support. This cross functional role requires high inter-personal skills, keeping eyes on target and pushing forward setups for new installations.

What You'll Do:

●      Collaborate between Business and Technical teams to integrate commercial requirements into technical setup and data migration

●      Simulate real-world situations and meet user expectations during implementation.

●      Effectively communicate and work collaboratively with Product, R&D, Operation teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, expectations, and updates.

●      Develop and track detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resources needed.

●      Communicate consistently with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback to refine project processes.

●      Assess risks and issues and propose optimal solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

●      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Geography or a related field.

●      Go-getter with a minimum of 1-3 years’ professional work experience.

(particularly in tech or transportation sectors – advantage)

●      Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

●      Collaborate with a diverse array of teams but are also capable of working independently when necessary

●      Attention to details with the ability to see the wider picture
