Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a robust EHS culture throughout the organization
• Conduct proactive risk assessments and incident investigations
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
• Lead global EHS projects and initiatives
• Provide EHS training to employees at all levels
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field
• Mandatory: Certified Safety Officer certification
• 2-3+ years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment (preferably in plastics, food, or related industries)
• Proven project management skills
• Deep understanding of EHS regulations and standards within the biotech industry
• Strong leadership and organizational change management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience working in a multicultural and global environment
