Business Compliance, Privacy, and Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of ERM strategies, including risk assessments, developing controls, and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs).

• Implement Strauss corporate governance and compliance policies within Strauss Coffee International.

• Oversee the rollout of Strauss Coffee international compliance programs across the HQ and local Strauss Coffee business units (BUs).• Lead data privacy compliance initiatives aligned with GDPR and internal policies, including managing privacy management software.

• Develop training frameworks and reporting mechanisms for compliance and privacy programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business (MBA is a plus).

• 3-5 years of experience in business risk management and compliance (experience in privacy governance is a plus).

• Familiarity with ERM methodologies (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
