Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Junior Supply Chain Analyst who will help manage sales forecasting,

inventory planning, inventory planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships across a fast-paced, dynamic, and

growing global supply chain network. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual who is willing to

learn and master managing projects, working independently, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in Israel

and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting. Analyze global sales data by sales funnels, product, and geography; translate demand forecasts into

supplier-specific forecasts that reflect inventory levels, production lead times, and shipping transit times.

• Inventory planning. Plan and coordinate inventory replenishment for multiple fulfillment centers globally.

• Inventory management. Perform operational and inventory management tasks by working with enterprise resource

planning systems (“ERP”), warehouse management systems (“WMS”), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker).

• Inventory analysis. Conduct Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis, profitability assessment, and any other quantitative

analysis required to understand our inventory position and financial metrics.

• Supplier management. Build relationships with suppliers around the world that result in better price quotes, faster or

streamlined productions, and accurate inventory reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of degree- Analytical fields (MBA degree is a plus but not required).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while being an effective team player.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours when needed.

• Previous experience in the field is not required, but a passion for learning is essential.
