Your Responsibilities:

✨ Oversee daily financial operations, including tracking and managing money flows, commissions, and profit/loss reports.

✨ Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data effectively.

✨ Collaborate with processors and payment systems to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

✨ Monitor and reconcile financial data with attention to detail and accuracy.

✨ Work closely with cross-functional teams using tools like Monday, Jira, and other workflow systems.

✨ Provide insights to improve operational processes and ensure compliance with financial protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proficiency in Excel – mandatory. Experience with complex formulas and data analysis.

✔️ Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and international financial operations.

✔️ Experience with processors and payment platforms – a significant advantage.

✔️ Familiarity with workflow tools like Monday or Jira – highly desirable.

✔️ Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail in financial reporting.

✔️ Effective communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

✔️ 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (financial operations, analysis, or coordination).

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
