SAGE Marketing is looking for a Marketing operations manager to our B2B Tech Cold Outreach and Growth Department
SAGE Marketing, a boutique marketing company serving global B2B tech #startups, is seeking a talented individual to join our marketing team of experts, specializing in cold outreach, outbound strategies, and growth channels for the B2B tech industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our clients' reach in the market.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, with native or near-native proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Solid experience and knowledge of the B2B tech industry, understanding its unique challenges and dynamics.
Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, outreach, and outbound strategies, preferably in a sales development representative (SDR) role.
Deep understanding and familiarity with social channels, particularly LinkedIn, leveraging it as a primary platform for outreach and engagement.
Proficient in writing copies, creating textual creatives, crafting compelling messages, and composing effective emails.
Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Creative and self-motivated, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to drive successful marketing initiatives.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, fostering effective teamwork and achieving collective goals.
Self-learner with a proactive attitude, staying up to date with industry trends, and continuously improving skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong customer service orientation, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and prospects.
Preferred Experience with the Following Tools & Software:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilizing advanced search and filtering capabilities to identify and connect with relevant prospects.
ZoomInfo (or similar): Leveraging data intelligence platforms for comprehensive B2B contact information and prospecting.
SalesLoft (or similar): Implementing sales engagement platforms to automate and streamline outbound activities.
HubSpot: Managing customer relationship management (CRM) and inbound marketing automation tools for effective lead nurturing.
Monday (or similar): Collaborating and managing projects efficiently through project management software.
Cold calling tools: Familiarity with various software and techniques for cold calling campaigns.
Email blasts: Experience with email marketing platforms for targeted outreach and mass email campaigns.
