Operations Manager

Position Description:

Ensure the seamless and timely execution of a company's operations while constantly maintaining its alignment with the organizational objectives and strategy. 

Responsibilities:

-Developing and implementing operational procedures and Managing day-to-day operations execution

-Management, Coordination and maintenance of all relevant regulations related processes - ISO, GDPR

-Supervising of all IT related aspects (via 3rd party dedicated services company)

-Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders and team members to ensure efficient and functional workflows to be aligned with the organizational objectives, such as:

-         Inter-company Client integrations coordination

-         Tech handovers to Marketing/sales departments

-         Others

-Leading strategic operational projects.

-Cross company Improvement and implementation of technologies, systems, best practices

-Monitoring and Reporting on operational efficiency Analysis data and trends to identify Business opportunities or risks (per ongoing discussions with all levels)

Education and Experience:

Must:

-At least 3+ years of experience, with a focus on working in startups.

-Familiarity with Operations management systems, Excel and BI Tools.

-Strong Process Knowledge and management capabilities: Deep understanding of Operational processes along with proven processes management

Advantage:

-Familiarity with specific platforms: Monday, Jira, Hubspot

-Experience with ISO 20071 standard

-Expertise related to IT or SAAS integration processes 

Corporate Background: Experience in corporate environments is a plus, bringing structure and best practices to a fast-paced startup setting
