A cybersecurity startup has developed a platform that monitors suspicious behaviors within organizations and addresses cybersecurity threats posed by attackers impersonating employees.

For example, detecting seemingly harmless yet malicious messages from "payroll departments."

The platform leverages advanced machine learning algorithms and is used by numerous clients in Israel and the U.S., including large-scale enterprises such as international banks and insurance companies in the U.S. and Europe.

The company is based in Ramat Gan, near a train line, with the option for hybrid work. It employs around 30 people and has raised $23 million in Seed and Series A funding from leading investors.

Role Overview:

• Join the analysts and SOC team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support, primarily in English, for international clients.
• Monitor and analyze alerts, investigate anomalous behaviors, and report server anomalies to clients.
• Work in a multi-cloud environment, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a SOC or Cyber Analyst – Mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients – Mandatory.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructures – at least two of the following: Azure, GCP, or AWS – Mandatory.
• 5 years of experience as a SOC or Cyber Analyst – Mandatory.
