PHP Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic PHP Team Lead with over 10 years of experience in PHP development. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in both front-end and back-end development and a strong understanding of financial systems (a significant advantage). The role requires someone who is capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and has a flexible mindset to adapt to changing work demands. This hybrid position allows for 1-2 days of work from home, with the office located in Ramat Gan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PHP development team in both front-end and back-end projects.
• Collaborate on complex financial system implementations.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience in financial systems (strong advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes at once.
• Flexible and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
• Hybrid work setup: 1-2 days working from home.
• Flexibility in working hours, Monday to Thursday.
