Information Technology Manager

Position: IT Manager for a Leading Company

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead the IT operations of our group. This role involves overseeing IT policies, driving innovation, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to meet the organization's strategic and operational needs.

• Manage the IT infrastructure and operations of the organization.
• Define, implement, and monitor the organization's IT policies.
• Lead and initiate innovation in IT systems, computing, and communication technologies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in formulating IT strategies and solutions, aligned with organizational policies and long-term goals.
• Advise on strategic and operational decision-making processes related to managing and analyzing organizational knowledge.
• Monitor the implementation of IT policies, assess current and future needs, and identify suitable processes and tools to address them.
• Update and implement new technologies and systems within the IT framework.
• Develop short-term and long-term IT work plans and oversee their execution.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the IT budget, including operational and development expenses.
• Develop and implement IT operational procedures and ensure adherence.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a senior technological role in a large organization (thousands of users) – mandatory.
• Relevant training or certification – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with senior executives – mandatory.
• Experience in managing large-scale technology budgets and procurement – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in optimizing work processes – mandatory.
• Familiarity and understanding of relevant IT and technology standards and regulations – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal – mandatory.
• Experience leading projects transitioning systems from on-premises to SaaS and cloud environments – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with telecom services – an advantage.

• Ability to lead and manage a large and complex IT operation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• High level of independence, initiative, and a strategic business perspective.
• Negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service orientation.
