Python Developer

A company specializing in preventing, detecting, and responding to phishing threats and attacks offers a solution that automatically identifies and removes threats within seconds for organizations of all sizes.

Located in Ramat Gan, the company operates a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days. It has 150 employees globally, including approximately 60 in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves backend development as part of a team of six, reporting to a Team Lead.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring full end-to-end ownership and accountability.
• Build and maintain a high-performance and highly available platform and implement new features.
• Assist in the strategic planning and development of future features, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and company objective
• Tech stack: Python, Django, AWS, SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra).

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Python (Django experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of robust and scalable products, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch are required; Cassandra is a plus).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements from the early phases through to full implementation, taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
